If you get rejected the first time, it’s still okay to apply again in Vientiane, Laos. But if it’s a second rejection, it’s not really sure — need to check how long ago that second rejection was.

I've seen many people ask this. Doing it yourself is always an option for those with the time. However, a professional agency is for those who value convenience, expertise, and a seamless experience. Ultimately, it depends on whether you prioritize the lowest price or the highest security for your visa status

Expect visa delays this week. The Thai Embassy is extremely busy due to the King's visit to Laos.

I highly recommend “Sabai Pattaya”. They are very professional and experienced with Thai visa applications, including the DTV.

Sometimes it takes 2–3 days. If the embassy is busy, you may have to wait up to 10 days for the interview. But in a normal situation, it usually takes no more than 3–5 days.

After the interview, if everything is good, your visa will be approved within about 5 minutes.

“Vientiane is the best place to apply. There may be an interview, but most applications are approved.”

If you have documents for Muay Thai training and at least 500,000 THB in your bank account, I recommend applying in Vientiane. Sometimes they may ask you to attend a short interview, but it is usually very straightforward if all your documents are genuine. Once the interview is completed, the visa is often approved within about 5 minutes.

If you have any questions about applying in Vientiane, feel free to ask me anytime. 😊

If that is your understanding, that’s completely fine. There is no need to explain it further 😊

As you can see in the visa, the visa type issued is DTV (Destination Thailand Visa) with multiple entry and validity for 5 years.

In this case, the application was submitted using documents from a cooking class program, which falls under the Soft Power category. However, as shown on the visa, the final visa granted is simply DTV.

The category used during the application (such as Cooking Class, Muay Thai, Medical, or Remote Work) only supports the purpose of the application. But once the visa is approved, the visa type issued by the Thai Embassy is still DTV (Destination Thailand Visa).

The remark “Employment Prohibited” means the visa holder cannot work for a Thai company in Thailand, but they may still do remote work for overseas employers or their own business while staying in Thailand.
