They use a glue stick to attach it to your application. Also have your TM 30 info (your address in Thailand for that application. Bring 1900 baht cash. Get there early because it’s like a DMV. Lucy…you don’t need a visa if you can do 6 months in Thailand. You get 60 days visa exempt, on arrival, just need a passport, get and additional 30 days by going to immigration and paying 1900 baht. That’s 3 months. Then leave Thailand for a day and get another 60 plus 30. That’s 6 months.

During Covid it was a requirement. We bought it and got Covid. 300,000 baht hospital bill. Paid by insurance. The hospital stay was MANDATORY and for 10 days. Pragam 9 hospital.
