I think the list doesn't cover Taiwanese citizen since some of my fellows just apply for one in Laos. No matter if Taiwan is recognized as a country, in terms of visa application, it seems we've been seen as an independent country already haha. Anyway thank you guys and back to the subject, i think i will ask the uni whether i can apply for edvisa in laos. Thanks again!

Sorry I didn’t make it clear. I am from Taiwan and I hold Taiwanese Passport. I am sure Taiwanese citizen can apply for a tourist visa in Laos. My concern is whether my visa cancellation history would have an impact on my tourist visa application. And if yes, can I just tell the officials that I need a tourist visa to apply another edvisa in bkk? Thank you.
