Can you reapply for a DTV visa at another embassy after a rejection?

No need to wait, but good idea to take some time to investigate why rejected in places like here if not outright told by embassy.

From what seen here lot of people getting rejected have either done minimal research or picked up some rather dumb misconceptions before their first application, best to make sure you were not one of them.

If you do proper research in most embassy's DTV is rather easy to get, so if getting rejected issue is normally going to be with application not the embassy...hell just picking right embassy for you and your circumstances is part of the research.
