true, i think im overthinking it as I expected them to just arrive. The boxes can be bought alone for like 10k baht so if I just say collect empty box shouldn't be issue.

yeh thats the honest answer really. I own the box but not sure that holds me liable of import tax bringing the expensive goods in technically. Trying to figure if I should say my dads boxes gift to me.

correct. Of course if watches were in there would be high fee but theyre empty. Just not sure whether to say i brought watches with me or dad sent his empty boxes for me to store mine.

you can do 'online studies' so no attending directly. If you want to go out country then get off Ed visa and just use the tourist visa stamps then, you should be ok for a year - when you want to be here a while get the 60 day + 30 day extend and when not just out and in per 30 days +30 day add.
