The fact you are asking, tells you what you already know. Nobody can tell you. One person may say visa exempt, 60 days, is ok three times a year, and this WAS the case. The fact that you stayed 5 weeks and then come again in april, might not be an issue. Some in immigration may view it differently… take the risk? Why not just buy a visa?

I did mine in Nong Han, by Udonthani. Day 0. Residency Cert from Immigration…on Visa exempt, at wifes house. Go to Doctor for blood pressure test. Go to DLT with wife as they understand zero english. Get stuff booked for next two days. In the evening check the internet, you tube videos, 150 possible questions.

Day 1, 9 am start watch terrible thai videos with english subtitles… all day until 2 pm. 3 pm test 50 questions… get 49 correct.

Day 2 riding test, 30 people waiting for somebody else to start. Lady looks at me and my honda cbr 650 and says..YOU

Ride the course standing on the pegs as the cbr is not great on corners..ride like toni bou with no feet down. 30 people clap at the end. Lady gives me a paper and says..go get your license i ask about emergency stop test, reaction test, colour test and lady replies…. Go get your licence..i see you ride. In the office, photo, pay the 105 baht…read that again and finish day 2 at 10.00. Not sooo easy on a cbr but wey hey..
