ok karim now put yourself in her position. lets say something happens to the car and the insurance do not cover it. lets say something happened with the guy who has the car.( god forebid I hope not) that girl is up the creek as she will have to pay. is it possible to go to the finance company and explain it to them, maybe they could transfer it into someone else,s name . seeking legal advice is available however the original contract is between the bank and her. how much is owed. would she transfer the car into your name if it was paid off. do you have a new partner who could help.
