you dont need anything other than completing the TDAC up to 3 days before entry, each entry is valid for 60 days and can be extended to 90 days.

I believe you cannot hold both visas at the same time, once issued your old visa becomes redundant.

I done mine in Sept and no insurance requirements, ensure you are applying on the correct website and not some Scammers! There are plenty of bogus sites out there!

I started my LTR When my nonO was issued, bank now updated, docs all approved so far, now awaiting final review, hopefully it will be issued before my o renewal is due in Jan 26. Double checked with BOI on progress and they confirmed that final Govt checks are taking place. They respond very quickly to any questions.

Documents needed;

Marriage certificate , must be legalized.

Passport with minimum 6 months validity.

Copy of Tabien baan (house registration)

Marriage registration certificate if married in Thailand, Kor ror 3 and Kor ror 2

Proof of income THB400k or THB40k income

You MUST apply for your non O Visa whilst in the UK. You cannot do it from Thailand. It should take around

weeks if you get all your paperwork in place. Look online to apply and get all your ducks in a row before starting. There is a checklist to follow, read it thoroughly twice and then apply! Good luck.

Remember that when you upload docs you can only upload 1 document, so if multiple docs are needed you must combine them into one doc.

PDF it compresses files well! I've not had to send every page of my passport, only the photo page.?
