TLDR : Answer Summary
It's recommended to apply for your Thailand Pass at least one month before your trip to ensure enough time for approval and any potential rejections. While some users successfully applied a week before their flight, it is advised to avoid cutting it too close. Many users experienced varying approval times, with some taking only a few days and others much longer, so early applications are safer.
I applied 6 weeks before, rejected in 4 hours, then reappled, got it in 2 days.

Give yourself a month.sometime it takes 7 days for approval, so let's say after 7 days it gets denied, now you only have 3 days to fix it before your flight. No good
