I arrived back last Friday in Bangkok, I was told prior to leaving to ensure within 24 hours to have my wife complete the TM30. From what I have seen this is kingdom wide requirement. Better to do it an be safe otherwise your hotel will do it after you check in.

Interesting question, I intend to visit Australia for 3 weeks soon, I was informed if I am (as I am on a Non O visa, married to a Thai) as long as I get a re-entry stamp before I leave I don’t need any insurance to come back.

I had 4 IO's visit, then took some photos, wrote some paperwork out, asked the witnesses if they knew me, how long they had known me and if i was married. They were friendly and took about 30 minutes.

Stamped in till mid April 2021 but stamped on a separate piece of paper stapled in my passport, I must report every 90 days and next report is August 5th.
