If you would be retouching existing shots from abroad, yes.

If you want to take pictures in Thailand or even write a blog/vlog while in Thailand, thats also not allowed. I saw a quite a long list what you can and what you can't do somewhere on the internet, try to google it.

For photography not. You are not allowed to use anythig from Thailand. You can't provide photography services here, nor sell shots of Thai scenery.

Artists... ...like musicians, singers, hair dressers? No.

If it will take more than 3 weeks (Songkran is coming), maybe. Otherwise not.
