This is embassy in Madrid. They didn't mention it anywhere, but I'm EU citizen and I'm not sure if we have TH embassy in our sh_tty country, so maybe that's why. ...and they may still ask additional documents later on.

before someone loses money, he would have to skip some mandatory/required documents. (payment is done after the final submission), Sure, the website is (most of the time) accessible, everyone should check by himself. Good luck

I applied in Jakarta and got it, but yes, there might be some specifics.

Many ppl applied in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and in many, many other 3rd countries.

You can start with the Visa application (

and have a look what is required.

Eventually start a new application with a different embassy.

You can have several open/unsubmitted applications at the same time, they will be deleted after 14(?) days.

What do you think? Just read some posts - of course you can. People all around the world apply in 3rd countries. There are hundreds of posts about it, and many videos on Youtube.

You should be present in that country ("proof of location") and be able to visit the embassy when asked (for an "interview").

It may take a few days or a few weeks.
