No. Reread Fred post. All the information is already included in the Biometric passport. Why ask for more? Is it to keep bad hombres outside? It takes 24 hours minimum to get to Thailand from US air. They already know we are coming. They can be prepared. Reminds me of the white forms we used to fill on arrival: All info was already available to thai immigration
