yeah, this would make sense. I’ve emailed both embassies I’m thinking of applying from asking for clarification, so let’s hope that they respond and provide a clear explanation. I’ll post here once I hear back

that’s ridiculous if it changes from one embassy to another because it juts becomes a guessing game.. . I’ve emailed two embassies asking them to clarify this, so let’s see what they say.
