I wonder if freelance invoices would qualify as I have been working for them on a freelance basis but now they want to hire me full time from December

Thank you. So if I the remote job is hiring me from December can I apply for the DTV in December? Siam Legal have said I need to be employed for 6 months before applying. I appreciate any advise ☺️
