I DID a extension of stay on a 0 A visa in February(1 year),with me insurance expiring march 21.So dont see that youre insurance is required for the length of visa.

You have to be a HNWI,to enter Thailand.

I justed got rejected on my Visa application marriage O.AFTER 10 YEARS of having retirment visa,that expired due to covid.They said must start a new application,after 4 days of uploading 12 documents.AND pay again ,the money isnt the issue,but the principle of stealing farang money is deplorable.My advise DONT go and if you do only take the money that will never come back.Trust investment experience,everything is non.tranparent and deporable in this LOS.

My advice after living in Thailand for 10 years and returning to Canada 2 times a year.IT IS NOT WORTH THE STUPIDITY YOU MUST DEAL WITH.One example I had to file for a new marriage o visa here in canada,but was rejected today due some ridiculous thing GUESS what you cant edit this document :you must file a new application and PAY again 130$.when questioned the thai consulate they just hang up the phone!!!!.MY ADVICE JUST DONT GO AVOID THIS BACKWARD REGIME.I have money their that will be extracted asap.

sold in January2020 to a gentleman from Luxembourg,paid asking price.

I sold my condo in Jomtien for 6.5 million ,after 10 year broke even.The rent for 10years would have been 3.6 million.Go figure?

Why bother,everything is lockdown and they expect you to live with the mask on ,nobodys gonna live in a shhht hole eith a mussel on.

youre a trooper,I personally have many assets in Thailand,but cant do 15 days in a room.Im going to latin american to sunny beaches with no quarantine,Good luck with the muay thai.

Why and how can anyone do 2 weeks of quarantine/lockup.
