it's about abusing the system, staying here for 5 years using visa runs every 6 months. Am I an officer? Of course not. Can an immigration officer not let you in even if you have a legit visa? YES, IT' UP TO HIM! No matter what questions they ask, the fact is that if they do, you could even get a 60-day , or even worse, not be allowed to enter... try to see the big picture, it's not that hard... and use common sense, and you'll never be wrong".... btw, if you are curious about questions, so maybe you can understand better the big picture: "why don't you go home to see your family? Do you love your family?" I wish now everything is much clear for you...
If your visa is legit and you follow the rules, I don't think it would happen... but, at the same time, if you have a DTV and you pretend to stay here 5 years and make daily border runs every 6 months, maybe the officer will ask you something...I use common sense
Anonymous participant I mean the prove of the residence of your home country, which could be a driving license, a bill, a document which states your home country address same as written in your passport. I'd add payslips as well, or invoices of your clients.
You need a prove of residence, i attached an internet bill which states my address. Copy all your passport pages, it was suggested here. I did it and they didn't ask me any documents integration and I got it in 2 working days
Take a thai driving license, you could have problems in case of accident with international driving license. It costs less than 5 euros and it is super easy get it. You need only certificate of residence that you can have after you'll have filled the tm30 ( the one online isn't enough, you need to go to immigration to get the paper)
Make a private insurance, not only the government insurance, it costs

k for year, but in the worst scenario, you will be always safe, which is the most important thing! Enjoy your trip, and take care!
I do have one (out patient) which covers up to 250.000 euros. I went to hospital, I paid 20k, but I got refund 100%. The quotation is 400 euros per year, no matter your age! Almost all people which are older than 60 use it, because few insurances in Thailand cover people older than 60! The company is from Slovenia and all my friends that live here, have it. To have the same coverage with AXA you have to pay 1000 euro, and you will not get 250k euros. It is a travel insurance which is perfect for DTV
Anonymous participant they ask to all additional information . I don't understand why you are so scared! Is it a legit business? Is it your own business? If everything is clear, legal and you have the 500k for 6 months, you will get dtv visa 100%...
