If it helps, I live in Laos and while doing my yearly renewal to Nong Khai I was told by immigration that they will only be allowing 2 border crossings ( period ) per year unless your visa allows multi entry....the new year starts on January 1st so your March trip should be fine.
what is the "follow me" option? I thought my foreign wife would have to apply and meet the same standards that I do. Can she piggy back my retirement visa?
