It’s a U.S. firm, so I’d say that it’s quite out of their jurisdiction. I was merely asking a question. Good-faith compliance shouldn’t be treated the same as intentional disregard. Your ICE application is in the mail.

Yeah, I am a diligent student. I’m in law school and I (funnily enough) work for an immigration firm, wanna try it? I never stated that I didn’t want to or wasn’t going to report. I was thrown a curveball. I came to this group to make sure I handled this properly. If someone is actively asking how to follow the rules, treating them like they’re intentionally violating them makes no sense.

Wow did not expect such hostile responses. Before you judge… I was told by an agent that she could take care of it for me (this was months ago, btw) then informed last minute that she can’t do it. My 90-days is up soon and because I work and go to school I can’t just take off to Krabi immigration for the day to do it myself - nor can I do it online. I was already going to leave the country on day 94 to visit friends. So, yeah, like another person said, spare me. I’m not looking for a loophole, I’m wondering if i’ll get fined at the airport or face other repercussions for leaving on my scheduled flight.
