yes, I recently moved and tried to change address and therefore bank branch… nope!!! Have to open a new account in my new location! Only in Thailand!!!
if it’s the first time the landlord has rented to a foreigner, he/she probably wouldn’t know. Some hotel staff haven’t even got a clue what a TM30 is, and they are in an industry where they SHOULD know everything about it.
