What are the requirements and best practices for obtaining a Non-B visa in Vientiane from Udonthani?
Going to Vientiane from Udonthani this week for Non-B. What time do I have to drop my paperwork off by to get the next day? Any advice for this visa run is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
