. You’re stating as if there is a requirement for the 500K to be seasoned for 6 months, which is not fact. At this time, Hanoi only requires 3 months of statements with last month for the 500K as stated when on the portal when applying.
You’re also saying that these 9 other people getting denied was due to them not having their money deposit long enough being the reason their applications were denied. Fact is, You don’t know that and neither do they. The consulates do not give a reason for denials or approvals so no one knows why people get denied. There are also many people who have gotten approved in Hanoi with recent deposits so it’s ultimately up to the person in charge.
You were lucky to get approved within 3 days. Some people who applied around had to wait much longer. No one truly knows what it depends on lol. I got my DTV in the states with only 1 month of bank statement on workcation. I also helped out my friend put together their application for workcation and made sure everything was in order so I’ve seen the requirements for Hanoi. I do agree with you that everyone should put their best application forward
yes there have been many denied but it doesn’t necessarily mean money. It could be many factors including suspicious paperwork, country of passport, etc. No one knows the real reason why people get denied. Only cancellations have an easier answer to why which is most likely wrong info.
My friend went from document check to pending approval to approved without extra document submissions.
it does not have to be seasoned. Depending on consulate of course. My friend applied in Hanoi and just got approved yesterday with the deposit only being there for two weeks prior
it is easy and you don’t need a company. I only provided 1 month of bank statement where I applied at. I qualified as a remote worker. No sponsor letter needed. You’re not working for a Thai company.
I redacted my transactions and only had the starting/ending balance + account info shown. You might want to take two copies, one redacted/one original just incase. Every embassy is different
I only had to submit one month at the embassy I applied at; however, I’ve seen different embassies require a different amount. Some require 3-6 months of statements so best to ask the one you’re applying at for exact requirements.
