When you sign up, the school will ask when do you want to start. You have how ever many months you sign up for to complete the number of classes that will fulfill the requirements. Because plans can change, you don't have to start the date you gave. When I signed up with House of Taste, they had me give them the times and dates I planned to attend the 8 classes in the 6 month course i signed up for. If I needed to move or cancel, I just had to let them know.
