SilverRambutan9965 Do it exactly! Apply individually without even mentioning your partner, unmarried spouse except that she is your employer. Have you own bank account!

The simplest you make it and the more you exceed their minimum requirements, the more likely you will be approved. If you have to explain why you are unmarried but you are an agent of a company she owned and you do not receive salary,…etc, the more likely it will get rejected once they asked for more documentation and get confused. Remember the embassy folks are mostly thai folks and they will have to translate all your documents. It might get lost in translation if your situation is very confusing 🫤. KISS - Keep it simple and stupid.
