What are the requirements for applying for a DTV visa as a digital nomad in Thailand?

First of all you need to apply for the DTV from outside Thailand. And yes there are regulations: you need to have at least 500.000 baht for the last 3 months in a bank account on your name. ETFs, stocks and cryptocurrency are not accepted.
