If you have the money in bank and a bank balance copy x 2

A passport bio page copy x 2

A copy of your last stamp in passport x 2. A copy of your tm 6 x 2.

2 x passpirt photos.

Proof of house or residence your tm 30 address with some photos.

Then you can walk into immigration and do it for 2000 baht yourself
