You can enter even on the 28th of September and get 90 days upon entry. You can buy a single or multiple re-entry permit and get stamped back in within the 90 days of your visa. There’s no 60 days extension unless you’re married to a Thai or have a Thai child.
There’s only a one year extension of stay available, but if you’re entitled to visa exemption you could probably just do a border run and get stamped back in on a 30 days visa exemption which also can be extended with additional 30 days at your local immigration.
you are free to enter Thailand just as you wish if you’re entitled to visa exemption or got a tourist visa and have a well prepared answer if you get questions by the IO. So several of the people who gets denied every day and week probably just don’t know how to speak for themselves. However there’s no official 180 days rule, but based on feedbacks we also know that 180 days as a tourist in a year COULD be a turning point for additional tourist entries. We also based on feedback know that the 180 day limit is used as a written internal instructions for the IO’s. If you maximise three visa exemptions in a short period and stay 180 days I personally think you could risk to get questioned and potentially denied on your fourth, even if you know how to use your mouth.
Did u use singe entry 60 days tourist visa OR six months multiple entries tourist visa? How many TR did you enter on within this two years period. Where did you get your TR’s? Did you do both land and air entries? When was this? Thanks 🙏
Yes I guess that’s your best option. You can apply with income at home, but the 400K baht needs to be seasoned for two months when you apply for your extension in Thailand. With multiple re-enter permit you can come and go as you want and just need to apply for an extension in time once a year.
Ok I understand, if you apply for a initial 90 days Non O first and get a single re-entry permit at the immigration or the airport before you leave, you’ll get stamped back in again and can apply for your extension of stay when you return.
I also think it’s your best option now as the Non O with multiple entries is gone. You can apply for a regular 90 days Non O based on marriage in Thailand on a visa exemption or at your embassy/consulate before you go and a one year extension of stay with multiple re-entry permits after 6 or 8 weeks depending on where you stay. You’ll need to bank 400K baht in a Thai bank if you apply in Thailand and for your extension of stay. At your embassy/consulate you can use income (40K baht) for the initial 90 days Non O.
