This says that a Thai citizen can enter and leave Thailand on a Thai and foreign passport and a Thai who can confirm their Thai nationality with a Thai 🆔-card are allowed to leave Thailand with a expired foreign passport in their name without applying for a new passport at their foreign embassy.
You can never change a Non O-A to a Non O visa, but you’ll get a two years stay on a Non O-A.
After two years you can apply for an Extension of Stay on the same condition as for the regular Non O, but you maintain the mandatory Thai health insurance requirement as well.
If you have passport from any of the nations on this list you can just come on a 60 days visa exemption and do a 30 days extension at your local immigration. After your passed 50 years you can apply for a 90 days Non O in country and need min 15-21 days left on your stamp. The only issue is to get a bank account without a long stay visa. You might need to get an agent to assist you with the process. The immigration might also accept an account in both names, but you’ll need to qualify individually for the visa/stay.
As I remember I uploaded a bank statement showing my monthly income under this section before I continued. I created a PDF-file first, then uploaded. Regarding flight number you can just do a search in Flyscanner as an example fill in the details of a potential flight you might use later on. Not that important, when the visa is issued you’ll still have 3 months from this date anyway.
You’ll need to provide (upload) documentation for your income, but you can just give a flight itinerary. (With a potential actual flight number). No tickets is required for a Non O application. And yes you’ll have 3 months after the visa is issued to get a 90 days stay upon arrival.
Yes you can, it’s the fund, -not you that needs to be seasoned for two months. Just come back and apply for the extension before your stay based on the initial visa expires. And you’ll only need a single re-entry permit on your first 90 days.
As I understand you’ve spent 4 months in Thailand on visa exemptions in total this year and now you want to spend 4 more months.
If that’s the case you’ll need a visa. There’s no 4 months visa. You could apply for a six months multiple entries tourist visa and do a border bounce to get a 4 months stay or if you’re passed 50 years apply for a 90 days Non O visa and do a border bouncy with a transport company to get a 60 days visa exemption.
