All you need is your Passport if you go in person. Takes about 10 minutes if you go to Bluport.

Go to Immigration at Bluport or main Office or do online

The new extension start date is the day after the old one expires. The advantage of applying early is it gives you time to sort out problems. There is no walking back of the "renewal" date.

she will be leaving with Forgeign Passport. Airline will require a Thai Visa(if staying longer than 30 days) in Passport to travel. Passports need to be linked to avoid need for Visa. My wife entered this way for many years.

book the flight using foreign passport then use Thai passport to enter Thailand. Have copy of Marriage Certificate for airline check-in if passports not in same name.

you need updated copies of your Bank Account Pass Books. If you don't have Pass Books you will have to check with Immigration what you need.

12 months Bank Statements showing monthly I nternational transfers

If transfers not shown as International you will need 12 months of Credit Advice

have done that previously also. Doing 6 monthly means that the 2nd statement is printed out the same date as the letter without a 7 day delay.
