Have anyone applied for the DTV Muay Thai? What kind of proof is needed?

I can see people getting approve with only one doctor appointment so i wonder if a fully monthly paid training at any gym in Thailand is enough.

Hi, yes the paperwork will be ready tomorrow (Monday) to go and book for the visa run... So that is the reason i need the 7 days as no trips until after New year now...

Thank u for information, it has been helpful.. Lets see what my lawyer comes up with tomorrow...
