by the way, I am taking a risk, but I’m hoping that I will be successful in getting a retirement visa worst case scenario 60 day with an extension 30 days. 
right now I’ve been staying in Vietnam for four months and I will be going back this week and then returning on August to finalize my lease and final inspection. I don’t mind paying the fee I would rather have a professional/expert complete the visa for me.
