I cannot recall for sure and did not screenshot the pages of my application form. However, I am pretty sure that I entered "xxxxxx Embassy in Beijing" and my visa got approved.

You can get 9 months out of that one. Milk it and apply again at a more favourable place.

I can't remember for sure, and I did not make screenshots of my application before sending it. I thought I would still be able to access it once it's submitted. However, I am pretty sure that I entered the name of the authority translated in English.
