@everybody, chill people, I supposed to be the one mad here hehe...all what I want is to know exactly what the Consulate wants to see if I can satisfy their requirements, specially after living in the region for near a decade... However they r just playing games... N no... I have been in many Consulates of a third country even w o appointment, this time I LL need an appointment , all I want is clarity from the authority...
Many of us have been a decade in this region n have multiple opportunities to get many papers, however it's hard to know what they need when what is needed is not revealed
I am talking about 2 European Consulates, I dont need Schengen Visa, I qualify for about 4 type of these long term Visas, I am using my name here so I need to be careful... my struggle now resides on how to get the residence status needed...
if the rule is that only nationals are accepted I understand, no prob, it turns out the written rules say foreigners who reside in the served countried, when you ask them what they need in any of the countries they dont tell you, they ask you to send what you have to say no and no offer any info further, I honestly dont know if they are asking for bribes, they like the dark so they have room to play and to make up rules on the spot...
