TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired if a COVID test is necessary for entry into Thailand while being fully vaccinated. Responses highlighted that there is no requirement for having been vaccinated within three months, and provided links to official Thai information. There were also media reports suggesting that vaccination certificates and negative test results may no longer be needed after October 1st.

There's no rule that says you have to have been vaccinated less than 3 months ago. 2 doses any time is accepted.
