I submitted an engagement contract and also my business registration certificate (Australia). Both came back with a request to highlight specifically where it states my work can be conducted remotely. In the end I asked chatgpt to review the engagement contract and write a statement highlighting the clauses relevant to remote work for a DVT application. Took 60 seconds and my visa was approved soon after.
