What are the tips for applying for a Thai DTV e-visa while in Bali, and does the Muay Thai course letter need to be sent to the Jakarta embassy?

I’m also in Bali and I got my DTV last week. Now waiting on the once for my kids as dependents.

Do note that Jakarta embassy is taking longer than they normally do, so I would keep in mind that it can take up to almost 2 weeks
