Same here. My experience is from a few years ago already. Applied in KL paid and was refused 2 days later. But they still kept the money (700 ringgit at the time) Took the bus to Penang the very same day and applied there with exact the same paperwork the day after and got the 1 year. Mind boggling.
They do issue non-B (sometimes) but mostly just a 3 month.... they're allergic on granting 1 year ones. Still happy to take your money though. Penang's much better.
No prob. I wish i had fb for info 25 years ago.... would have saved me a lot of money and lost time 😀 happy to share experience. We used to carry 5 kilo of books that outdated the moment they hit the shelves 😂😂😂😂
I've not seen the website but sometimes they're wrong ir outdated. The official cost charged by the consulate is 750 ringgit. Its printed in your passport and you get a receipt. Jim charges 70 ringgit for his services.
