Well, I've been pleasantly surprised. My landlords assistant did the tm30 for us! She sent me this (hope I got rid of identifying info!). Will it be sufficient evidence?

Thank you. Hopefully they won't be overly strict with an 80 year old disabled lady who only needs a 2 week extension. Kind of obvious she's not a threat to the Kingdom in any way!

However, I see for the self-file that we need the lease. But it's only my husband and me on the lease, not my mother in law. She has no proof of where she stayed.
