no agent. I guess it is an under consideration stamp yes, telling me to return on July 15th. But on the phone they are telling me not to come until they contact me.

I have been to Phu Nam Ron many times, and only once did I get to stay on the Thai side while they stamped my passport. Normally you have to physically enter Myanmar.

with the way corona is spreading I would think hard before committing to any multi entry visa. Even next Monday into Laos is a tight call, depending on your nationality. But a border run in three months time, who knows? Good luck anyway.

I’m going to the ATM in Thailand before I leave the country! I live here, so have to take the money out of Thailand, and then bring it back in the following month. Such a dumb policy.

Never been checked in 15 years of coming and going, but we know it’s all changed now. Ridiculous policy in 2019, and just plain dangerous to be carrying that much cash out of the airport.
