as comes to hospitals, no problem at all as long as you pay for delivery and you can give birth even on a tourist visa. Child can be attached to your DTV visa, it is super easy once you have it

ot will not, I just got dtv in Hanoi and you need min 500 000 all 3 consequentiv months

No, i have DTV and also condo here that i am renting out and still 9 branches said no, lease can be deposited on my home country account and neither of this is a reason to have bank account
