I live here and am waiting a year and a half to get my retirement visa.

…. As I said, I’m not looking for advice. I’m looking for someone to do it for me and I’ll do what they say, give them whatever paperwork or info they need and pay them for their services.

Is it mandatory to have someone stay with you overnight in a Thai hospital, especially if you don't know anyone?

I believe if you are in intensive care and get released to a regular room that may be true but that is to avoid them having a nurse stay with you and having to pay.

Otherwise you don’t need.
