I’m new here an in a bit of a pickle.

I know there is no soliciting on this page so if you can help (don’t need advice) me out, please DM me.

It’s a super long story but my regular visa run guy took a day off when I went in to book and his new staff screwed me bu sending me on the wrong visa run.

I have already used my 2 land bounces. I am here on a 30 entry visa and I’m Canadian.

My stamp expires today. To top it off, we stopped to use the restrooms and I got left behind. Now by the time I get back and get out of the country it won’t be until Monday. 2 days overstay.

I need someone to get me any visa to get me back in.

Education?

My wife has a work visa. Is there something I can do to hop on that as the spouse?

DM’s are open and I need help asap please.

*Ive had to turn off the comments. Too many people asking too many questions and offering a lot of unsolicited advice. If you do this for a living and you can help “not offer advice” please message me. 🍻

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Canadian expat is in a difficult situation after being mistakenly sent on the wrong visa run and now faces a two-day overstay on his 30-day visa. With his stamp set to expire and needing advice on obtaining a new visa, the community suggests several options, including contacting the Thai Visa Centre for assistance and exploring options for dependent visas through his wife's work visa. However, the original poster has closed comments seeking unsolicited advice.

Your post is a little hard to decipher. When you got 'left behind' were you on your way to another border bounce? - Even tho you said you've already done your 2 border bounces. Where were you going when you got left behind? The 2 day overstay is not such a huge problem but the 2 border bounces this calendar year is. If your on 2 day overstay you wont be able to wave the magic wand and get an ED Visa on short notice. As someone suggested call Thai Visa Centre

…. If you have a visa business, DM me as I said and I’m happy to discuss in detail.

You need to go out by plane to any nearby country so you can have 30 days extension. Pay overstay in the airport... when you come back apply dependent visa (non o) from your wife. Get an agent to do that.

their offices are open but immigration offices are closed.

You're on a visa exempt, no visa? Could you have extended that for a further 30 days at immigration?

@Lynnette ******
…. Already have.

@Brian *********
you're not on a 30 day entry visa but visa exempt. . maybe you'll have to fly out and fly back in Visa exempt again or fly out and apply for a tourist visa.

What do you mean by regular visa run guy? How long have you been in Thailand and how many border runs/visa runs have you done?
John **********
If you are married (I assume you are as you reference your wife) and she is on a work visa why not just get a Non-O visa based on following her. No need to wait until you are over 50 but you do need her work to support the visa application

@John *********
…. Yes that’s one of the things I suggested. I don’t know how to go about it nor do I have time. Just want to lay someone to look after it for me, tell me what they need and tell me where I need to be when.

@Brian *********
then you are going to struggle. You need to get your wife to talk to her employer to obtain the supporting documents, that's not something someone else can do

…. Again she is the boss. We own the companies.

…. The guy in my area screwed me, left me behind and then yelled at me for not knowing what I was doing. Kinda thought that’s why you pay someone. 🤷🏻‍♂️

…. Do you have a visa business and can help me out?

Brian J. Dean If your wife has a work visa, you can also apply for trailing spouse visa from Laos. You do not need a agency for this. Again huge waste of money and too much gray area and downright illegal stuff that risk you entry ban.

You would need your wife’s work documentation, invitation letter from her company, your marriage documentation and so on.
Tore *********
Brian J. Dean we really need to know your entry history to advise. And visa agencies are a huge waste of money. But if your land entries are used with exemption entry, and you have a few entries already this year, then your best option is to head to Laos and get a proper Tourist visa. METV being the best option.

If you try visa exemption entry again, chances are very high you may get pulled aside for questioning.

Head to Savannaketh and apply for a proper single or multiple entry tourist visa. Takes a few days. Then cross back into Thailand via Chong Mek land border (it’s a very easy/friendly border)

The 2 land border entry limits does not apply for dedicated visa.

That is what I would do. Screw the agencies, can land you in serious trouble.

…. Yes!! I’ve heard of this and need a company that can provide this service for me! Hopefully someone in the group does this!

you need to get your wife to talk to her employer and get the supporting documents. Once you have these it's easy to do yourself

….. we own 2 businesses. She is the employer except she is in Canada dealing with medical issues. I’m here trying to deal. I don’t have time to learn all these processes. I just need it done.

he doesn't want advice apparently

then go talk to an agency. Look in your local area for a relevant one. But bear in mind if you've been here some time they probably can't help you.

…. Again that’s why I thought education visa or spousal on the work visa or whatever can be done.

I live here and am waiting a year and a half to get my retirement visa.

I don't have a visa business but happy to give advice if you answer the questions

…. As I said, I’m not looking for advice. I’m looking for someone to do it for me and I’ll do what they say, give them whatever paperwork or info they need and pay them for their services.
Brandon ************
Did you already apply for your 30 day extension?

You can't get on your wife's visa without her company supporting it and providing you with paperwork to apply.
Brian **********
ORIGINAL POSTER
@Bra****
…. Yes I did the extension

Whatever we need to do we will do. I don’t have the know how and that’s why I’m here.
