The 800k does not need to season to get the initial Visa, it only needs to season for 2 months before applying for the yearly extension. Do you have 800k in the bank somewhere?

The grace period is strictly to report, it is not an overdue date deadline. Do your report.

You are reporting 90 consecutive days in Thailand. You only report if you have spent 90 consecutive days in Thailand otherwise the 90 days resets upon each entry.

Generally you get both but logging in would be the most dependable.

Your current address would be your address in Vietnam. So NO. And then for your permanent address wherever your home country address is. Korea?

What entry scheme are you using, soft power or digital nomad? This is a bit of an unreasonable request, you could send your one month booking along with the cover letter stating that you're looking for more long term accommodation once you get there. You could also say that you only plan to stay for a month on your initial visit. That embassies prices are ridiculous and it seems their requests are too.
