What travel documents are needed when flying from the USA to Thailand, then Vietnam, then the Philippines, possibly to Australia?

So what I'd like to know is in traveling with a USA passport to Thailand then Vietnam then Philippines. What documents besides my passport do I need to get from the previous countries.
