Can I submit the TDAC at any time before my arrival in Thailand?

I arrived on Thursday (BKK)and didn’t even get asked for the TDAC. I had a digital version on my phone ready just in case. Big line of people doing them prior to immigration to.

 I literally did the visa extension and re-entry permit today. It’s best to book the re-entry online to save time. I wasn’t able to book and the wait was quite a while. Just make sure you have all the correct paperwork. This is where you can book online
