I applied for a new A-O during my trip back to NYC, at the Thai embassy. Despite having more than month pension ( and certified bank statements to prove it) I was denied because I didn’t have 0 in the bank. When I showed them the requirements stating 0 OR a month on the Thai Embassy website I was told “boss says no.” They gave me a six month tourist visa. Not sure what to do when the six months are up
