Anonymous participant Taipei in Dec applied as a freelancer. You are a freelancer not company owner so do not need company registration. You can find similar applicants approved in Vietnam.

I was approved without payslips. You can include a note explaining why. You don't need a company to work freelance. Just show your contracts of work and payments received.
