When you return from your trip you will be given a fresh 180-day stamp. Best to have evidence of your course enrolment to hand on arrival just in case of being asked, especially if entering via Chiang Mai. Overwhelming majority have no issue reentering.,

Anonymous participant Docs in the language of the embassy you are applying may be acceptable, but you have to check. Which embassy are you applying from?

What should I do if my DTV application is pending approval and I have upcoming travel plans?

Anonymous participant Have you contacted them via FB, line,? Pending approval is a sign of progress but not 100 % guarantee of approval. They can ask for an interview if you not attend then your DTV can be cancelled. Have you visited in person the embassy?

Having no tax returns not an issue for a new business. Can also Inc income payments which are highlighted on bank statements. Need a letter detailing permission to work remotely in Thailand and that you will not engage in business with Thai firms/individuals.
