damn, sorry man. So many dodgy agents out there. If you want a nice place to do a quick day trip, Penang is awesome. Round trip place ticket was 3000 thb when I went a couple of weeks ago. Just did a day trip

Took the 7am flight from DMK to Penang, spent the day there wondering around and took the 10 flight home. Immigration was a breeze but I guess it depends on your past entry history.

I messed up my Non-O extension of stay renewal so I did a same-day border bounce to Penang. Had no issues re-entering through Don Muang, got my 45 day stamp with no questions asked.

Penang is a great place for a quick visit btw
