It is a gamble. Depends on who looks at the record and what mood they are in.
They can apply a policy of 6 months in a calendar year or a rolling 12 months. Or just chose to ignore it because it isnt an immigration law at all.
Obviously, if you can spend 2 months outside Thailand, you couldn't be realistically working here. But they can be a-holes. The 2 refused entry stamps are not going to help you.
